What we Do
We represent local, regional, national and international commercial property owners, developers, investors, buyers, tenants, and landlords in small and large transactions for the purchase, sale, lease or development (i.e. new construction or renovation) of investment, commercial, industrial, specialty use and retail properties. We primarily serve the South Central Pennsylvania markets with primary emphasis on Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Given the complexities in today’s commercial real estate transactions, it is imperative that we work closely and cooperatively with our clients’ trusted advisors – attorneys, accountants, lenders and financial advisors to mutually protect our clients’ interests, minimize risks, and maximize results.
We don’t own a portfolio of real estate properties in the market as do many other commercial real estate brokers. Therefore, we have no hidden agendas or conflicts of interest when we represent sellers and landlords. ALL of our prospects become prospects for our sellers’ and landlords’ property – not our own properties! Alternatively, when we represent buyers and tenants, we show them ALL available properties which meet their criteria since we don’t own competing properties. Our goal is objective and unbiased advice all the time so that our clients can make the best decisions. Perhaps that is why we are recommended by so many attorneys and accountants (and represent them as clients too!).
