If you are currently leasing your facility or space and are thinking of relocating, expanding, consolidating or buying, we can help you determine availability and current market prices for purchasing or leasing the new (replacement) facility or space.
Many tenants underestimate the time required to find, lease, buy or build a new ( or replacement) space or facility. If you want to find another existing location to lease, then you should consider starting that process at least 9-12 months prior to the expiration of your current lease ( or sooner, if substantial renovations will be required). If you want to build a new custom facility (i.e., to lease it or own it), then you should consider starting that process at least 2-3 years before the expiration of your current lease.

Many tenants would like to relocate sooner than their current lease will allow and they assume that they have to wait until their current lease expires before they can relocate. However, we can discuss potential ways that you may be able to relocate sooner.
